Dani Crippen, Secretary

Dani Crippen proudly serves as Secretary for the New Braunfels Jaycees, where she is dedicated to supporting community engagement and leadership development. Dani is a 6th-generation New Braunfelser, with family ties to the founding members of the city. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, she lived in Salt Lake City and New York City before returning to New Braunfels in 2020 to reconnect with her roots.

Professionally, Dani is a Team Lead for Enterprise Customer Success at Samsara, where she partners with enterprise clients to optimize their use of Samsara, achieve measurable success and assist her team with escalation management. With five years of experience in customer success and nearly four years in financial services prior, she brings a wealth of expertise in client relations and problem-solving.

Dani joined the New Braunfels Jaycees at the end of 2021 and has actively served on the Projects & City Beautification Committee (PCBC) for two years. Her contributions include organizing the 90 Trees Volunteer Day and coordinating the Jaycees Wassailfest Booth. She is also a member of NB Women GO and serves on the City of New Braunfels Partnership Committee, where she continues her commitment to making a positive impact.

In her free time, Dani enjoys traveling, frequenting walking trails, kayaking, crafting charcuterie boards, and spending quality time with her husband, Hank, and their two golden retrievers.

As Secretary, Dani is excited to help the Jaycees continue fostering leadership, service, and community pride in New Braunfels.
